The Charleston Amateur Radio Society is affiliated with the American Radio Relay League (ARRL), has about 170 members and is very active. The communication needs of numerous events are supported by the club. The club also participates in major ham radio events like Field Day.
Dues are $20/yr, there is a one time $20 joining fee for regular members. Associate members do not have to pay the joining fee but annual dues are as above. Each additional member (regular or associate) in the same household pays 1/2 of the dues the first member pays.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the Charleston Amateur Radio Society, click on the link below to fill out or download the membership application form.
